Ценностно-смысловое самоуправление – средство гармонизации процесса трансформации идейных взглядов

С. 33–53.
Курбатов А. В., Курбатов В. А.

The research by American scientist Karl Polanyi The Great Transformation, published in 1994, had a great international impact, connected with the realization of the necessity to revise the ideological views in order to save the life on our planet. However, the opponents were unable to reach the agreement. Further events, resulting from accumulation of crisis phenomena in economy, led to the situation where the necessity to change our lifestyle in order to preserve the humanity has become one of the most burning issues for the world community. Despite numerous studies, supporting the necessity of transition from the mixed economy to intellectual and the colossal funds, spent on implementation of various projects, the unfavorable scenario of development of the civilization could not be changed. The analysis of the causes of failures of international, regional and national projects made it possible to determine that their main reason is the underestimation of the dependency of the economy transformation on ideological views transformation and, respectively, the dependence of ideological views transformation on value-sense transformation of the participants of subject-subject relationships. In order to create the opportunity to implement the planned manageable harmonious value-sense transformation, which is a prerequisite for the actual transformation of ideological views, enabling successful transformation of the mixed economy into intellectual, we have developed the technology of value-semantic self-government and the system of teaching this technology to people of all ages. The system of value-semantic education successfully underwent the state experimental approbation in the period from 1990 to 2010 and today it can be used for solving most difficult problems connected with the development of the human capital. At the same time, the technology of value-semantic self-government helps to build up the immunity to any manifestations of sociocultural aggression, hybrid war and war of senses, which is becoming particularly important in the situation of escalating geo-economic competition and geo-political problems connected with it.
