This course covers the general characteristics of legislation in the field of electronic document management, as well as the concepts of electronic documents and electronic signatures. All regulatory legal acts and law enforcement materials are provided up-to-date. The course was developed with the information support of the ConsultantPlus legal support service. It complies with the current requirements of the federal state educational standard for higher education. It is intended for undergraduate and graduate students, and faculty members of law schools, as well as faculties of law, journalism, mass communications, creative industries, information security, etc., as well as students of continuing education programs, practitioners, and anyone interested in the legal regulation of the information sphere in modern society.
