The presented course covers current issues in the theory of civil rights objects and the practice of law enforcement in the sphere of their circulation, presents the main scientific doctrines, provides a detailed analysis of court disputes, and provides recommendations for the application of legal norms in the practical activities of a lawyer. The course is developed taking into account the latest changes in Russian civil legislation and reflects the main patterns and trends in the development of civil law.
It meets the current requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education.
The course is intended for students and professors of law schools, researchers and practitioners in the field of law, as well as for all specialists interested in legal issues.
