Иностранный капитал и проблемы использования трудовых ресурсов сельского хозяйства в странах Западной Африки
West Africa is a relatively little-studied region in political and economic terms. The fact that this region is represented by countries with the same low level of development of the material base of agriculture, is perhaps the most important from the point of view of the political and economic analysis, because it allows you to show common to these countries, the problems of labor resources of agriculture, namely the reasons pushing the workforce from agriculture. Given the nature of the relations of production agriculture in West Africa, which is expressed in the fact that the foreign and domestic private capital , as well as the public sector operate mainly in the field of sales (Bazar, sales, supply and credit institutions) , the author pays special attention to the analysis of secondary industrial relations which, in his opinion, the main and generate a decrease in demand for agricultural labor. The author analyzes and special areas of agrarian evolution based on attracting foreign capital (the «green revolution») as agricultural settlements (farmer settlement, multi-purpose co-operative societies), large mechanized farms, cooperatives , covering mainly the sphere of circulation, which according to the author reduce the possibility of the agricultural sector.
