This volume contains the materials of the international scientific and practical conference
“Modern challenges and threats in the field of law enforcement in the era of digital transformation” held on June 19–20, 2025, at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The materials address issues such as the elimination of corruption-related and bureaucratic barriers in scientific research; the integration of education, science, and practice — retrospective and modern approaches; specific aspects of using artificial intelligence in writing legal research papers; ensuring a unified approach in legal science and law enforcement practice; the international legal foundations for implementing human rights education; and the tactics of preparing for interrogation during the investigation of crimes committed using information and communication technologies. The collection also covers existing problems in other branches of legal science, their scientific and practical experience, and the exchange of views among researchers.
The collection presents articles and theses by distinguished scholars from foreign countries, experts in the field of legal science and law enforcement practices, representatives of competent government agencies in the management of science and education, leading Uzbek legal scholars,
professors, independent researchers, doctoral candidates, master’s students, and other young
scientists.
The authors themselves are solely responsible for the content of the materials included in this collection, including statistical and other data, the accuracy of references to normative documents, and any critical opinions expressed.
