Архивные виньетки (о Ф. М. Левине, Ю. Юзовском и Ю. П. Любимове)
The archive of the literary critic Fyodor Markovich Levin (1901-1972) contains materials related to the theatrical life in the USSR in the 1920s -1970s. This is due not only to the general cultural interest and a wide range of friendships and acquaintances of F. M. Levin, but also to the fact that for many years he was professionally associated with theater criticism and leading theater critics, including Yu. Yuzovsky. The mention of the Taganka Theater and its chief director Yu. Lyubimov is found twice in Levin's diaries, but other archive materials, including the memoirs of the critic's daughter E. F. Levina, show a long-term interest in the theater Vakhtangov, to the work of Yuri Lyubimov in it, to the emergence and work on Taganka. They also allow us to supplement the historical and cultural context of some events in Lyubimov's life and his performances.
