Анализ индо-бразильских и индо-аргентинских отношений: стратегический и экономический аспекты
Despite a long history of interaction, India and the countries of Latin America for a long time did not assign significant importance to their relations. However, over the past two decades, there has been a noticeable strengthening of cooperation between India on the one hand, and Brazil and Argentina on the other. This shift is driven by several factors: changes in the international political architecture, the evolution of domestic regimes, and the rise to power of new political elites in the countries. The present study aims to identify the similarities and differences in India’s approaches to engagement with Brazil and Argentina. Particular attention is given to areas such as trade, investment, defense cooperation, and interaction within international organizations. Methodologically, the work is based on qualitative comparative analysis using secondary sources: official documents, statistical databases, expert commentary, and academic publications. The results obtained demonstrate that Brazil and Argentina are becoming important partners for India in its strategy of diversifying foreign policy and economic relations. At the same time, the nature of these relationships and the intensity of cooperation differ, which requires focused attention and comprehensive understanding.
