Золотая Орда и русско-ордынские правоотношения в учебниках и пособиях по истории государства и права России
The article analyzes the content of the sections of textbooks and textbooks on the discipline «History of the State and law of Russia» («History of the Russian state and law») devoted to the state and law of the Golden Horde, as well as the legal aspects of Russian-Horde relations. A number of textbooks and teaching aids were selected for the analysis, starting with pre-revolutionary classical works and ending with publications from the turn of the 2010s and 2020s. Noting the positive aspects, the author also identifies the main shortcomings in the coverage of this topic by the authors of educational publications. In particular, there are errors and inaccuracies, some of which have been passing from one textbook to another for decades. The presence of such shortcomings raises the question: to what extent, in principle, is it advisable to include such a section in a training course on the history of the state and law of Russia? The author concludes that since the Golden Horde had a significant impact on the historical and legal development of Russia, it would be justified to develop and teach a separate course on the history of its state and law.
