Модель анализа дискурсивных стратегий в устном комментировании

The paper examines the principles of analyzing the discursive strategies and tactics of sports and eSports casters’. The author highlights researchers’ lack of attention to the eSports commentary and raises the problem of its specificity. The article contains the systematized information required to study this specificity through further comparison of strategies of sports and eSports commentators. The transition from the communicative strategies to the discursive ones demonstrates the necessity to build the analysis of the direct information discourse on the achievements of the structural approach. The issue of optimal information selection and organization become the center of attention in the case of spontaneous commenting which is carried out in cognitively difficult conditions. The paper as well presents the model of analysis and two classes of discursive strategies: main (optimal informing) and secondary (e.g. self-presenting). The proposed model assumes establishing of the relationship between the specificity of structural elements of discourse (fragments, episodes, sentences, etc.) and discursive factors (in particular, intentions, knowledge and situational characteristics).
