2025. Т. 78. С. 116–137.
This paper studies factors related to marital duration based on data from longitudinal survey RLMS-HSE 1994-2021 with the use of Cox regression. Results demonstrate that marriages in which spouses have different income levels last longer while differences in educational levels do not have significant impact on marital duration. Testing for robustness to sample changes indicated that the findings regarding the significance of income differences are only applicable to couples without children.
