Профессиональный профиль преподавателя высшей школы: опыт теоретического осмысления
The development of higher education in Russia is associated with a number of external challenges determined by macrosocial processes, geopolitical realities, competition in the quality of human resources, and another scientific and technological revolution. In these conditions, the personnel corps of higher education seeks to get ahead of these challenges in order to obtain additional development resources and competitive advantages. The article presents an analysis of various approaches that can be used to create a professional profile of a higher education teacher, both a beginner and one with professional experience. Based on the analysis, the author's integrative approach is presented, which includes a pool of components that allow one to present a modern teacher as an individual and a professional. The result of the article is an original profile of a higher education teacher, suitable for use in designing higher and additional professional education programs.
