Scientists Create Open Dataset for Studying Concentration
A team of Russian researchers, including scientists from HSE University–St Petersburg, has developed the first open multimodal dataset containing recordings of brain activity, heart function, and video observations to help researchers understand what happens in the human brain during deep concentration. In the future, the dataset could accelerate the development of neural interfaces, rehabilitation technologies, and AI systems. The article has been published in Scientific Data.

The chapter focuses on the analysis of trends and problems of digital transformation of human resource management in modern organisations. The authors draw attention to the growing interest of companies in the application of digital technologies in HR management, including those based on the use of artificial intelligence. However, their implementation is associated with several problems, including insufficient elaboration of the preparatory stage of digitalisation projects adoption, limited HR budgets, as well as weak management involvement in the process of preparation and realisation of these projects.
