Being a cross-cutting profession, management is engaged in different types of activities which is why its current and future position should reflect the modern transformations of work and professions. It also should reflect changes in the object and the conditions of governing. Given such a perspective this paper studies the trends that can shape the future of management in the coming decades and its likely professional development. The chapter explores significant global trends in work, knowledge accumulation, the status of professions, the new role of ICT which are seen as drivers of the potential future of professional management and contribute to its transformation from semi-profession to super-profession, super-authority or enterprising management service. These three perspectives are regarded as three different scenarios of the development of the professional management.
This study is devoted to the consideration of the peculiarities of organizational leadership research. The researches of leadership in organizations are often aimed at revealing the relationships between power and leadership, the influence of different leadership styles on organizational successfulness which can be connected both with production and employees. In every research definite leadership styles and particular aspects of organizational successfulness are selected. The effectiveness of a leadership style is determined by different situational factors. Methods which can be relevant for organizational leadership research are observed in this study.

Management action is examined as a part of organizational change models. Running of the organization depends on external and internal environment changing. Organizational behavior management is considered to bean important factor or organizational adaptation.
The article examines the problems of delegation of public powers of authority to self-regulated organizations: public powers of authority which may be delegated, spheres of state administration, where delegation of powers is not allowed, validity of control over realization of delegated powers in all cases of such delegation and responsibility of the state for the acts of private persons who exercise public powers of authority.
This book proposes that organizational policies are what ensure the institutionalization and sustainability of futures thinking in organizations. It presents several case studies from corporations and other institutions that describe effective use of foresight methods and internal policies to respond to rapid change.
