It is very essential question for leaders about using or not using PR within their companies to achieve success. In this article, several objectives will be highlighted, such as opinions of business people about internal PR, the main PR functions and methods within a company, role of the leader in company, in internal PR and two different examples of famous leaders and their relation to internal PR.
