Идеальная теория справедливости Дж. Коэна: в защиту утопизма в современной политической философии

Rawlsian theory of justice has been traditionally attacked for a focus on ideal theory as a form of utopianism. By contrast, G.A. Cohen criticizes Rawls for constructivism and argues that the fundamental norma- tive principles of justice are not constrained by the limits of human nature. He asserts that concept of justice doesn’t depend on political feasibility. This viewpoint supported by Estlund defends ideal theory of justice as an essential way of contemporary political thought.
