In this article the Tobin’s coefficient is evaluated in 35 Russian companies in 12 industries in the 3 periods. According the data the basic trends are identified. The index is analyzed by year. The possible reasons for the lag of the intellectual capital of Russian companies are compared with companies in Europe and the U.S.
