Defining optimal logistic system for a trade company in Russia
The article covers innovations in stategical logistic managment of a trade company: defining the optimal number of branches
depending on the demand. All parameters in the model are dynamic: the cost of delivery, the cost of storing and the cost of
rent of the warehouse. In the model were used the modified method of fuzzy cluster analysis, genetic algorithms, theory of
optimal control. The model was applied for an alcohol trade company for which it was estimated the optimal number of
branches on the territory of Russia with several variants of their accommodation. For all branches it was calculated the
schedule of deliveries and the changes in warehouse’s capacity.
