Paris lawyer Raoul Spifam in 1556 published a treatise about the reforms, which should
carry out the king. Among other things, determined the plans for rebuilding of Paris. Strange how many of these utopian projects have been implemented for many years or centuries later. The reasons for this clairvoyance Spifam are considered in this article.
