The article discusses the main tools and technologies for the formation of a digital corporate culture in the organizations of the rocket and space industry. Digital corporate culture is considered as a cross-cutting and necessary tool for digital transformation of the main, managerial, and supporting processes. The authors consider a model of continuous development of digital corporate culture through life cycle management of the recruitment, hiring and personnel management system in the space industry enterprises.
