Система социально-психологических факторов поведения человека в потенциально коррупционных ситуациях
The paper is devoted to the identification of determinant’s system of human behavior in potentially corrupt situations at the psychological and social lev- els, based on the analytical review of scientific research. At the psychological level, three blocks of factors are identified and described: 1) characteristics of subject’s cognitive sphere (developmental level of representations of cor- ruption, cognitive skills to recognize corruption, intelligence level); 2) char- acteristics of subject’s motivational sphere (motives, cognitive predictors of motivation as belief in just world, level of risk perception, moral development and tendency to moral disengagement); 3) characteristics of subject’s emo- tional sphere (moral emotions, mood, development level of emotional intel- ligence). At the social level there are two blocks of factors: 1) organizational conditions (leadership style and type of ethical climate) and 2) block of so- cio-psychological effects (“slippery slope”, “steep cliff”, outcome bias, fram- ing, social learning, diffusion of responsibility, group cohesion, risky shift phenomenon, competition and collusion). The identified groups of factors can form the basis for building a theoretical model of individual behavior in potentially corrupt situations, combining into a single system of external– internal determinative influences (post-non-classical model), and its sub- sequent empirical testing in the course of the forming experiment. The results of this theoretical and analytical review can be used in anticorruption education programs.
