Психологический контракт: зона риска или ресурс повышения эффективности деятельности государственных служащих?
The psychological contract concept has become a major one in modern theory and practice of human resource management. However, research analyzing the specifics of the psychological contract as a regulator of relations in the sphere of the public civil service is small worldwide. The paper discusses the effects of applying the concept of psychological contract in the civil service of some countries. The application of D. Russo's psychological contract model allows us to identify the components of its content that hide in the results of the study of satisfaction, involvement, motivation of state civil servants and staff turnover. The prospects of applying the concept of psychological contract in the practice of public administration bodies are discussed.
