Уровень производительности труда как показатель зрелости социально-производственных отношений на промышленном предприятии (результаты комплексного исследования)
The results of a two-year study of psychological predictors of the level of labor productivity, as well as the patterns of their linking, as important resources for the effective manifestation of the human factor in the system of industrial relations are discussed in the paper. The study was conducted from 2018 to 2020, it was attended by employees of four enterprises of the Perm Kray and Udmurt Republic. The personal characteristics (motivation and self-regulation) of enterprise employees, the styles of business communication in the triad “senior manager-manager of the middle and lower-level subordinates”, as well as the distribution of management functions between them, the leading types of organizational culture were examined. The authors concluded that the level of labor productivity can be an indicator of the maturity of socio-industrial relations at industrial enterprises.
