The contemporary system of the global politics and economics entered the transitional period from the predominantly American global geopolitical unipolarity to a more complex system that leads to the gradual degradation of the US dominance. These trends are determined first by global economic and socio-political transformations, but also by the domestic developments in the US. In the emerging conditions, the formation of the relatively stable and institutionalized world order looks unlikely. In fact the US are interested in preserving relatively high level of chaotization political relationships and even economic interaction. However, they are also interested in avoiding the most destructive model of the global economic crisis development.
