Фильм «Левиафан» как политическая экономия современной России
The article analyzes A. Zvyagintsev’s film “Leviathan” on the basis
of approaches of modern institutional political economy. With the
help of well-chosen images of characters and a thoughtful scenario
the repressive state policy to private business, as well as to a person
in general, is revealed. Instead of an active business and family life,
the power erects the temple of the Leviathan state. This idea was
conveyed to the spectators by expressive artistic means.
In the article the analysis of the situation which developed in Russia at the beginning of the XX century and attempts of the imperial power to prevent the approaching catastrophe which were connected with the realization of the idea of representation of the people is given. The attitude of the last Russian emperor to the idea of formation of representation of the people is shown.
The author differs several approaches to law in classical eurasianism. These distinctions, on his opinion, are based on metalegal grounds – on «alleinheit» theory in the writings of L.P. Karsavin and on «phenomenological method» in the works of N.N. Alexeev
Leaning against the concept of the power-property, the author analyzes such categories, as world city and world village. It considers them on a global scale, shows problems and the contradictions connected with attempts of the countries of catching up development to master achievement of the developed part of the world
The chap[ter discusses dynamics of politica development of Russia and waves of political emancipation. It is demonstrated that emancipation processes lead with consolidation of the country that ends up with delagation and/or usurpation of authority by the dominat political actor of autocrat.
Economic sanctions are an important instrument of the foreign poilicy but they have some important limitations while applied.
