The paper considers the integration of three technologies of process management: to construct a model typical business processes, allocate resources and monitoring of the workflow in a single approach, which includes several steps. For stage resource allocation problem is formulated as resource allocation, copies of which have different properties and an algorithm for its solution.
This article is devoted to some aspects of antitrust law influence on economical processes. Considered problems are interconnection antitrust regulation and innovation activity, applicability of antitrust law terms and applicability of geographic market for retail markets.
The regime of the closed administrative-territorial formations (CAFT) are considered as a special element of the Russian legal space. Emphasis is placed on the most important units of public relations in CAFT. They are associated with the implementation of the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens; socio-economic development of the excluded territories; with the security of the state and society.
The author studies social phenomenon of non-state higher legal education, its connection with state legal education, determines the problems and prospects of its further development.
