"Призраки истории" Хулиана Горкина (1961): события русской революции глазами оппозиционера и эмигранта"
The paper focuses on the biography and theater plays of Julián Gorkin, Spanish politician and writer exiled in Mexico and France after the Republicans' defeat in the civil war, and discusses his ideas of the political theater in the 1930es. By the 1960es Gorkin's concept of the art of playwriting had undergone a significant transformation, as it evidenced by his comedy Fantasmas de historia, analyzed in the paper. Now political issues got a historical dimension. The articles offers an interpretation of this theater play devoted to the Russian revolution and the Russian white emigration as a literary work aimed at discussing a future form of government in Spain after Franco's death.
