Strategic Supply Chain Planning
The paper analyzes strategic planning of supply chains of contemporary companies. Strategic planning process is viewed in context of its relationship with other planning levels. Typical goals and tasks of strategic supply chain planning are formalized. Key methods of strategic modeling including heuristic, simulation, and mathematical programming are analyzed in terms of their strengths and weaknesses. Author proposes basic classification of models and formalizes structure of a typical supply chain model. Systematic overview of popular mathematical and business software in the research area is provided. It is highlighted that presented in the paper systemized results of analysis of strategic supply chain planning domain were used in developing corresponding methodological principles and strategy for a number of leading international companies.
Roadmapping is a useful instrument for developing strategic measures. Despite the importance of customizing roadmaps to firm/industry specific managerial needs and environmental conditions, the existing literature has focused on the simplified roadmapping process. Little attention has been paid to the customization of roadmaps. Our proposed methodological approach, suggested through a case study, brings together several targeted roadmaps and integrates them into one overarching roadmap — the umbrella roadmap as a new flexible systemic tool. The integrated umbrella roadmap delivers a framework of the industry/company's overall expectations (trends, etc.), whereas targeted roadmaps focus on local targets for a specific product/technology.
The stability and growth rate of Russian economy depend on the ef- fectiveness of strategic decisions, that are made by corporations, small and medium enterprises. The choice of production, sales and financial manage- ment models within the framework of strategic management system deter- mines relationships between firms and the level of market competition. The growing diversity of business strategies results in the antitrust risks increase due to the modification of management decisions. In this context, it is neces- sary to identify ways to encourage companies to develop an intra-corporate mechanism for antitrust risks management and to choose pro-competitive business tools.

The article addresses the role of strategic planning as an element of institutional environment of geospace. The literature review suggests definitions of geospace, its characteristics and key components, which include strategic planning institution as a part of institutional sphere, which in turn acts as an element of antroposphere. The analytical part presents an overview of the federal law #172, issued 28/06/2014 “On strategic planning in Russian Federation”. The practical contribution concerns the institutionalisation of strategic planning as a factor of management of geospace development at the regional level.
This is a comparative international study of thr patterns od planning in local governments. WEhile strategic planning has been a field of interest for public management and administrative science for over half a century there are very few cross-national studies of the specifics of planning in local governmenets. The book analyses the planning activities of local authorities in 7 diverse countries: France, Hungary, Romania, Russia, Spain, Turkey and USA. Altough theoretical models of strategic planning are used, the book's findings point to a very diverse and interesting environment with cultural, political and legal factors playing a significant role in shaping how planning is done in each country.

The paper considers the problem of the difference in the goals and objectives of strategic documents at the State level and a number of key municipalities - urban districts of Siberia. As an instrument chosen method of content analysis adopted legal documents (concepts) and the proposed matrix model, where the parallel comparisons show the possibility of harmonizing the interests of state and territory for long term strategic management in the system
The question was raised about methods of empirical verification for various technologies of strategic planning on the local level. The preliminary results of the case studies were examined that described the long-term consequences of strategic planning on the municipal level. The strong connection between the influence of the strategic plan on socio-economic development and the stability of the authority was shown.
