Despite the fact that the range of players in telecommunication market is not large, the companies operate in continuously increasing competition on one side and slowing extensive growth of the industry on the other. This leads companies to an understanding the fact that the efforts of the company's management should be directed to the area of intensive growth. One of the factors that increase the intensification of a telecommunication company is planning a tariff policy strategy. This paper is devoted to forming the tariff policy of a company with regard to the preferences of subscribers.

The mass application of mobile cardiographs already leads to both explosive quantitative growth of the number of patients available for ECG study, registered daily outside the hospital (Big DATA in cardiology), and to the emergence of new qualitative opportunities for the study of long-term oscillatory processes (weeks, months, years) of the dynamics of the individual state of the Cardiovascular system of any patient.
The article demonstrates that new opportunities of long - term continuous monitoring of the Cardiov ascular system state of patients ' mass allow to reveal the regularities (DATA MINING) of Cardiovascular system dynamics, leading to the hypothesis of the existence of an adequate Cardiovascular system model as a distributed nonlinearself - oscillating system of the FPU recurrence model class [1]. The presence of a meaningful mathematical model of Cardiovascular system within the framework of the FPU auto – recurrence [2], as a refinement of the traditional model of studying black box, further allows us to offer new computational methods for ECG analysis and prediction of Cardiovascular system dynamics for a refined diagnosis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment.
This article concerns the problem of predicting the size of company's customer base in case of solving the task of managing its clients. The author purposes a new approach to segment-oriented predicting the size of clients based on adopting the Staroverov's employees moving model. Besides the article includes the limitations of using this model and its modification for each type of relations of the client and the company.
This is a textbook in data analysis. Its contents are heavily influenced by the idea that data analysis should help in enhancing and augmenting knowledge of the domain as represented by the concepts and statements of relation between them. According to this view, two main pathways for data analysis are summarization, for developing and augmenting concepts, and correlation, for enhancing and establishing relations. Visualization, in this context, is a way of presenting results in a cognitively comfortable way. The term summarization is understood quite broadly here to embrace not only simple summaries like totals and means, but also more complex summaries such as the principal components of a set of features or cluster structures in a set of entities.
The material presented in this perspective makes a unique mix of subjects from the fields of statistical data analysis, data mining, and computational intelligence, which follow different systems of presentation.
The Handbook of CO₂ in Power Systems' objective is to include the state-of-the-art developments that occurred in power systems taking CO₂ emission into account. The book includes power systems operation modeling with CO₂ emissions considerations, CO₂ market mechanism modeling, CO₂ regulation policy modeling, carbon price forecasting, and carbon capture modeling. For each of the subjects, at least one article authored by a world specialist on the specific domain is included.

In the paper integrated information systems for corporate planning and budgeting are considered. Four groups of practical tasks exceeding the bounds of typical functionality of special-purpose planning and budgeting information systems are allocated. Several classes of information systems (simulation, statistical analysis, financial analysis and modeling, group decision making, business intelligence), which may provide the completeness of corporate planning and budgeting are denoted as solutions complementary to special-purpose planning and budgeting systems.
In this article we describe a system allowing companies to organize an efficient inventory management with 40 suppliers of different products. The system consists of four modules, each of which can be improved: demand planning, inventory management, procurement planning and KPI reporting. Described system was implemented in a real company, specializing on perishable products totaling over 600 SKUs. The system helped the company to increase its turnover by 7% while keeping the same level of services.
