The political process is as an interaction between power and resistance for the right to the presence in the political discourse and determine its agenda. This reaction is carried out with varying degrees of success, both for power and resistance equally competing for resources. The development of the political process shows that the constant change can occur disposition "power - resistance", indicating that the dynamic nature of the policy and demonstrates the variability of the political landscape.
