Competencies and Management: competencies for management, managerial competencies, competency management Modern approaches to understanding the essence of management associated with the introduction of non-strict concepts inherent in the humanities. New ideas lead to the creation of new technologies and new management phenomenology. Modeling of managerial activity more associated with models of managerial competencies and managerial competence, which became a kind of symbol of professionalism of the beginning of the XXI century. Being based on the actual material of the world literature, the author investigates the problem of modeling of managerial skills and practical application of these models and based on its tools for the evaluation and development of the managerial capacity. The book presents the cognitive concept of the managerial activity and the cognitive model of managerial competencies created on its basis. The main position are illustrated by the results of the authors own researches.
Status of deans and heads of chairs in educational establishments is of crucial importance for the efficient functioning of universities. The author argues that after reforms in labour and education legislation the peculiarities of their positions are not fully realized. Collisions and blanks in normative legal acts cause considerable complications in its implementing.
Cognitive Management: Conceptualization of managerial performance The monograph is devoted to the development of ideas about management and managers, specific of cognitive management and cognitive phenomenology, opens in the managerial work. Based on data from numerous studies of the last decade, the author reveals the peculiarities of modern management; it shows the logic of its development and explains the popularity of certain concepts. The book describes the basic mechanisms and means of professional management activities conceptualizing, their use as tools in human resources management, and as a reflection of cognitive supports management. Particular attention is paid to the problems of cognitive management as one of the rapidly developing areas of theory and practice of corporate management.
