Алхимический мир Евгения Головина
С. 76–86.
In the paper an attempt to reconstruct the alchemical world of a well-known Russian esotericist and one of the leaders of Soviet underground Evgeny Golovin is made. During this reconstruction it has been shown that Golovin at the same time saw Alchemy as laboratory work and spiritual practice, believing that only the latter may exist in the modern world. This last kind of alchemy is the practice that must save people from the power of the modern world of Aphrodite Pandemos (in terms of alchemy this stage is called Nigredo) and lead them to the world of Aphrodite Anadiomene (albedo stage), which should reveal the alchemist's inner feminine
essence, his inner Diana. It is interesting that the third stage (rubedo) is not reflected in the texts of Golovin.
