Пирамида корпоративной социальной ответственности и цели устойчивого развития: от концепций к векторам трансформации отношений государства, бизнеса и общества
The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the classical concept of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) pyramid and the modern paradigm of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The focus is on the study of the transformation of the roles and relationships of key development actors: the state, business and civil society. The author proves that the integration of the SDGs into the strategies of companies takes CSR beyond philanthropy and utilitarian approach, transforming it into a strategic vector of long-term development. Based on a critical understanding of the evolution of the CSR concept, the article proposes a model for the transition from declarative concepts to specific vectors of transformation, where business acts as a driver of positive changes, the state creates institutional conditions and incentives, and society performs the function of control and participation. The practical significance of the work lies in the formation of recommendations for building an effective multilateral partnership to achieve national and global priorities for sustainable development.
