Расширение потребительского выбора в здравоохранении: теория, практика, перспективы
How common is it for patients to exercise their choice of physician and medical provider in the Russian health care system, and how are such choices made? If patients had more opportunities to choose their provider, would the quality and efficiency of the healthcare system be improved? Is it appropriate to limit a patient's choice of physician and provider in accessing free health care, and if so, to what extent? This book offers answers to these questions, based on a theoretical analysis, international experience, and findings from surveys of the public and healthcare providers.
