Enterprises today are increasingly challenged to improve revenues, while cutting costs and maintaining customers' liability. On the industrial enterprise level this transfers into several spheres of improvement according to organisational chart of enterprise. Operational departments are to decrease work-in-progress. On the shop level the task is to increase the capacity with no extra capital aquisition. Marketing service should possibly improve customers' satisfaction. And planning depatrment is to optimize the usage of existing resources. The paper is aimed to analyse the trends in the sphere of planning, basing on the information systems' analyses which are targeted to meet the needs of all the above-mentioned actors.
This article is devoted to the results of the author dissertation research for the study of the motives referring to the concept of «Lean Production» in Russian companies by operating in the design operational (production) systems. The article presents the data of the statistical analysis of hypotheses on the example of one of the objects of study - structural unit of a subsidiary of JSC «Russian Railways» - the motor-car depot GZD (logistics services).
This article includes the analysis of influence the «Lean Production» conception. Top – manager should any his decision to employees of company and gets the feedback. The successful companies understand the importance with the employee’s communication. The staff is the main active of organization, and that is why, the top – management should direct actions on the education loyal employee and the creation of a corporate (team) spirit. The staff is the «thinking» enterprises active, but not the mechanism of achieving goal. Company come the «thinking» following the management principles of the «Lean Production» conception. The article includes correlation between of the management style and methodology as management mechanism of business organization. Also «Deming Cycle» and «Triangle of Joiner» like a method of in-house training programs (education) in the company.

At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
