The monograph analyzes the state of the environment of Russian regions, examines the peculiarities of the ecological behavior of the population. The main result of the work was the identification and description of significant factors and incentives (both economic and non-economic) that encourage the population of the Perm urban agglomeration to behave more environmentally friendly and take care of the environment. The monograph is addressed to a wide range of readers: students, postgraduates, researchers, teachers of universities and colleges, school teachers, managers of all levels and all those who care about our future.
