Психологические подходы к реализации компетентностной модели подготовки специалистов в образовательных организациях высшего профессионального образования МВД России
The monograph describes the formation and development of the competence approach in foreign scientific schools, reveals the essential characteristics of the concepts of " competence "and" competence. The author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the approaches chosen by representatives of various schools to determine the criteria and methods for diagnosing the competence of specialists. Approaches to the classification of competencies/competencies are described. Among the indicated varieties, the importance of personal competence of specialists is emphasized. Taking into account the specifics of the activities of the Department of Internal Affairs, the content and structural components of the personal competence of police officers are determined. The article substantiates the methodology and describes the structural and functional characteristics of the concept of psychological support for the formation of personal competence of cadets of educational organizations of higher professional education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. It is intended for employees of the departments of moral and psychological support for the activities of internal affairs bodies, faculty members, adjuncts and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
