The paper considers organizational changes and competencies development necessary to use IT in higher education institute effectively. The discussion starts with the problem of complementary relations between information systems, institution’s organizational practices and the requirements for the competencies of teachers and other staff, and its basic consequences. The methods of analysis of the relationships between organizational practices and to develop approaches to organizational change in high school are introduced. Finally a system of organizational practices and staff competencies to improve IT effectiveness is presented
The paper describes the principles of economic efficiency of the ATP with a decision support system. The proposed approach allows the analysis and planning of the production program for the production of motor transport.

relevance of the studied problem caused by the fact that optimum malfunctions search algorithms allow to reduce considerably losses at refusals of information systems. At the same time, on the way of creation of such algorithms quite often there are insuperable computing difficulties. The purpose of article is in increasing efficiency of methods for creation malfunctions search algorithms in information systems. In article, solutions proposed which simplify process of creation for required algorithms, when applied a method of dynamic programming. Optimization conducted by criterion of a minimum of average time for search of malfunctions. Materials of article can be useful to specialists in service, control and diagnostics of information systems.

The problem of management of the nonlinear object which is exposed to impact of uncontrollable indignations, is considered in a key of differential game. Synthesis of optimum managements is made with application of transformation of the nonlinear equation of initial object in the differential equation with the parameters depending on a condition. The square-law functional of quality allows to formulate synthesis conditions in the form of need of search of solutions of the equation of Rikkati. The solution of the equation of Rikkati with the parameters depending on a condition, is in a symbolical view with application of algebraic methods that allows to generalize a number of earlier published theoretical results, to receive rather constructive decisions in a number of statements of problems of management.
The article is based upon the fact that the growing demand for master data management systems has not yet produced a commonly accepted metodology for their design and development/ The article offers two mathematical models? that allow a master data management systems designer a way to formally describe their system before development and verify the system quality by measurements? unique to master data management systems.
