2015 International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON). Proceedings
The 11th Siberian conference SIBCON-2015, the oldest conference of IEEE in Siberia, aims to offer opportunities to learn and to share information on the latest advances in communications, electron devices, and control systems. It will be held in Omsk, the Russian Federation, on May 23-25, 2015. The conference is organized by the IEEE on a regular basis in order to promote interdisciplinary discussion and interaction among scientists and engineers with an emphasis on the IEEE membership. While the scientific program is expected to create stimulating professional interaction, the crystal clear Irtysh River nature, warm spring atmosphere and wealth of historic monuments promise a pleasant and memorable stay.
The conference will include plenary sessions (with invited speakers), parallel thematic sessions (with oral presentations), and a social program.
The report covers the method of the estimated life of electronic devices of control and communication systems at the stage of their development. Mathematical model of life control and communication systems and electronic devices are provided. It is shown that the value of the life of control and communication systems significantly depends on the coefficient of variation of life of electronic devices.
This research is aimed to create a general approach to developing methods and algorithms designed for defining and providing memristor-based artificial neural network (ANNM) components operation accuracy in control and communication systems. Here we list factors which affect the operation accuracy of memristors usied as the synapses in the ANNM. We have created Simscape models of memristor neurons and ANNM for investigating the influence of these factors on the ANNM accuracy. This article presents the results of the initial phase of our research.
The autonomic power supply system for wireless sensor network based on renewable energy sources was developed. The main factors affecting its operation during the use of main gas pipelines as a part of detection system gas leak. An adaptive algorithm for the battery charger operation and the transceiver module are proposed. The selecting technique of the preferred source of energy depending on the given region is presented below.
