Пути совершенствования регулирования отношений в сфере киберспорта
This article is devoted to the study of the regulation of relations in the field of e-sports. This industry is just being formed, but already has some differences from the usual sports. The author in the work explores the subject composition of organizations that manage e-sports. It is noted that video game developers play an important role in e-sports, they are the creators of the competitive environment in which e-sportsmen confront each other. This fact has a serious impact on the distribution of financial resources in the industry, on the structure of competitions in a certain discipline. Examples of the lack of working tools for the protection of their rights by esportsmen are given. The author states the position that the International Cybersport Federation and other sports federations are less influential in the field under study than in classical sports. The article suggests ways to achieve a balance between competitors and organizations. The author puts forward an initiative to create an international association of trade unions in the field of cybersport.
