The core issue of the Labour Forum 2019 was the discussion of opportunities and prospects for productivity growth as a driver of economic development. On the first day of the Forum, a national project entitled 'Labour Productivity and Employment Support' was launched as part of the 'Labour Productivity' track. The participants of the Forum agreed unanimously that careful attitude to a person to work, development of human capital was a necessary condition for the growth of labor productivity in the modern world. In this context, they discussed the transformation of the labour domain in the digital economy, changes in social work as a social institution with its immutable attributes, and new technologies and practices of human resource management.
