Наставничество в молодежном МСП в России: особенности и эффективность
The proposed article presents the results of the students' project carried out within the framework of the university elective «GR in modern Russia: theory and practice» HSE University under the scientific direction of a member of the Department of Theory and Practice of Interaction between Business and Government Borisova S.R. On the basis of data published in the public domain, the authors try to describe the current mentoring system as one of the tools to involve young people in small-sized and medium-sized businesses in Russia. The authors consider the historical introduction of mentoring in the business sphere in Russia. The article studies the structure of mentoring as a process, its main stages and types common in the Russian Federation. In addition, a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign practices of business mentoring was carried out. The study identified the main trends in the implementation of mentoring in Russian youth SMEs today and described prospects for expanding its introduction on the basis of educational institutions and public organizations.
