The different approaches to determination of the structure and the contents of sociocultural competence are considered, the author’s own view on the structural and contents characteristics of the competence considering the specifics of professionally focused German language study in the jurisprudence field is presented, the classification of the main components of the sociocultural competence of Bachelors of Law is offered.
