О соотношении криминологии и уголовно-правовой социологии в контексте теории уголовно-правовых запретов
The author examines the correlation between criminology and criminal law sociology as a component of criminal law science. In particular, he studies the issue of confrontation between criminology and criminal law, their final demarcation and the recognition of criminology as the dominant science among criminal law disciplines. Using the analysis of fundamental textbooks of criminology the author concludes that leading Russian criminologists do not even agree on a common approach to defining the essence of this science, its object, its place in the system of other disciplines as well as that criminology cannot encompass a group of essentially social issues directly connected with the theory of penal prohibitions that should be studied within the framework of criminal law sociology. That is why criminologists should determine which criminology our country needs and should agree on its fundamental propositions.

The article considers the features of the presumption of knowledge of criminal law rules as a condition of guilt and responsibility for crimes in the sphere of economic activity. It argues conclusions on the ways to improve the organization of legal education of population, as well as the system of legal training of the staff engaged in economic structures and in respect of their penal control officers of the relevant legal institutions. It also justifies the relationship between the strengthen of the presumption of knowledge of criminal law in relation to these crimes with an increase in the effectiveness of criminal justice in the relevant field, and hence the efficiency of the economic activity.

Professor Hans-Hajnrih Eshek has protected the thesis for a doctor's degree in 1949 in Tjubingen on a theme: «Responsibility of state structures on the international criminal law - researches in connection with the Nuremberg process»; has created the concept of a uniform roof of Institute of foreign and international criminal law of Max Planck. His organizing work has come to the end in 2007 with creation of "the International research school of comparative criminal law» and criminological school for doctoral candidates «infl uence Measures, mediation and punishment». Approximately 600 works devoted to the General part of criminal law, to punishments, measures of correction and safety, the Especial part, and also criminally-procedural right is published by him.
The chapter is devoted to basic priniples of the Rssian criminal law. It is specifically mentioned the history of the principles and its current reflection in the Russian Criminal Code of 1996. The author discusses the structure of crime and the punishments inflicted upon its commission.
Problems of strengthening of law and order and criminality counteraction are regarded from an unordinary point of view. It includes the following parts: 1. The article is dedicated of problems of criminal law regulation of securities market.The concept of criminal law mechanism its protection is offered.
The article is devoted to a particular form of freedom of assembly — the right to counter-demonstrate. The author underlines the value of this right as an element of democratic society, but also acknowledges the risk of violent actions among participants of opposing demonstrations. Due to this risk, the government may adopt adequate measures restricting the right to counter-demonstrate, certain types of which are analyzed in this paper.
Development of standards of international controllability is reviewed in the article. Institutional approach is applied to development of international legal regime of Energy Charter. Definition of controllability is connected to development of international standards of dispute settlement, which are described in the article in detail. In connection with controllability, Russian interest, defense of investment in European Union and ecological investment encouragement, is reviewed in the article.
