Исследователь/Researcher. 2021. № 3-4. С. 218–240.
Obukhov A., Strukova E.

On the example of the All-Russian contest of research and project works “Vyshy Pilotage”, developments that are valuable for the training of organizers and experts of such competitions are presented. The practice of developing the contest and expanding the number of regional competitions is described, which required the creation of a special model for improving the qualifications of the involved specialists. The result of the courses was three developments, useful for use not only in the framework of the contest in question, but also in the framework of similar competitions: 1 — “universal construction kit” for the organizers of the regional contests; 2 — algorithm of “calibration” of the evaluation criteria; 3 — “checklists” with key questions for the defense of research and design work at the contest.
