Разработка методов постравматической регенерации спинного мозга на основе применения новейших методов регенеративной медицины, в том числе клеточных технологий, усовершенствованных методов реконструктивной микрохирургии и наноматериалов
At cerebrospinal trauma the medical actions for the restoration of anatomic and functional integrity of spinal cord should be directed on the restriction of the zone of apoptosis and on the creation of the favourable conditions for the regeneration and myelination of nervous fibres and for the partial replacement of the lost cells. One of directions of the work of our group is the estimation of the perspectivity of the use autologous and allogenous mesenchymal stem cells in a combination with biodegraded matrixes at the treatment of cerebrospinal trauma. It has been experimentally proved that the culture of mesenchymal stem cells cultivated from human amnion secretes in the cultural medium certain factors promoting the regeneration of the damaged spinal cord of the mouse and restoration of the functions broken as a result of the trauma. Mesenchymal stem cells possess the pluripotency, i.e. the ability to be differentiated in the most different cells. Traditionally we have used various variants of collagenic matrixes, in particular Sferogel resolved to the transplantation to human beings in the Russian Federation. The introduction of Sferogel essentially reduces the spissitude and the volume of the barrier from glia connective tissue and provides the germination of a part of nervous fibers through the zone of the trauma of spinal cord. All the experimental researches are described and the results of the clinical application of the method of the treatment are given.
