Сравнительный анализ отказоустойчивости датчиковых и интеллектуальных систем активной безопасности автомобиля
The problem of infocommunication system’s evaluation of resistance to destructive electromagnetic effects during the life cycle of the system is considered. The methodology of analyzing and evaluating of resistance to destructive electromagnetic effects to elements and components of infocommunication system is proposed. Such approach allows to evaluate network’s level of resistance to the destructive electromagnetic effects, and also to achieve its desired value by changing of network’s configuration or by using of other organizational and technical methods.
The article is dedicated to innovation ecosystems formation and development. The conditions required for their emergence and maturity assessment approach (basing on the example of US metropolitan area including the Silicon Valley) and the city of Tomsk are revealed in the article.
