Перспектива развития женского предпринимательства в России
In this article, on the example of the Vladimir region, the perspective of the development of women's entrepreneurship as a separate gender niche in the development of the segment of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation is considered. Despite the fact that the mass consciousness and the power elites underestimate the possibility of women's self-realization in business, there are clear examples that illustrate the positive impact of women entrepreneurs on society. Rethinking the existing stereotypes is a necessary condition for building support mechanisms for small and medium-sized businesses. The initial stage of the introduction of mechanisms to support women's entrepreneurship in the Vladimir region has already become an indicator of the high level of prospects for this direction, associated with the involvement of not only businesswomen, but also public and financial organizations, potential investors and government agencies.
