In article it is considered engineering confectioning of materials for sewing products. The factors, influencing stability of a design of host of sewing product, interaction of indicators of properties of components of a package of materials are investigated. Also are experimentally investigated confection and technological ways of strengthening of a design of host; problem zones of host are revealed during operation. Indicators of breaking load of host "pocket" from materials of identical fibrous structure of one assortment groups are analyzed. The technique of research of a design of host of sewing product, based on the vector appendix of loading is offered. Recommendations about improvement of quality of a design of host of sewing product at a stage of confectioning of materials are presented. The conclusion, that use of new textile materials is impossible without a scientific technique of confectioning is drawn

The article is devoted to the investigation of сompliments – speech acts of positive evaluation of physical and moral human qualities. The author makes a research into the form, vocabulary and usage of such speech acts, their emotiveness. The author arrives at the conclusion that qualificatory structures are an important part of polite speech. They are closely interconnected with other speech fragments and this interrelation presupposes the roles and contextual links of compliments in speech.

The article is devoted to the investigation of the peculiarities of the functioning and implementation of the speech act "compliment". The analysis is performed on the stylized German speaking involving elements of discourse analysis - intentions, situational context and other parameters.
Mechanical performances of titanium biomedical implants manufactured by superplastic forming are strongly related to the process parameters: the thickness distribution along the formed sheet has a key role in the evaluation of post-forming characteristics of the prosthesis. In this work, a finite element model able to reliably predict the thickness distribution after the superplastic forming operation was developed and validated in a case study. The material model was built for the investigated titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V-ELI) upon results achieved through free inflation tests in different pressure regimes. Thus, a strain and strain rate dependent material behaviour was implemented in the numerical model. It was found that, especially for relatively low strain rates, the strain rate sensitivity index of the investigated titanium alloy significantly decreases during the deformation process. Results on the case study highlighted that the strain rate has a strong influence on the thickness profile, both on its minimum value and on the position in which such a minimum is found.
The ХХV International scientific – technical conference “Foundry 2018” was held of the 18-20 April 2018 at “Rostov” hotel in the city of Pleven, Bulgaria. Its aim is to provide a meeting place for scholars from different countries to present their scientific achievements and to discuss the problems of casting production.
The carboxypeptidase T (CPT) from Thermoactinomyces vulgaris has an active site structure and 3D organization similar to pancreatic carboxypeptidases A and B (CPA and CPB), but differs in broader substrate specificity. The crystal structures of CPT complexes with the transition state analogs N-sulfamoyl-L-leucine and N-sulfamoyl-L-glutamate (SLeu and SGlu) were determined and compared with previously determined structures of CPT complexes with N-sulfamoyl-L-arginine and N-sulfamoyl-L-phenylalanine (SArg and SPhe). The conformations of residues Tyr255 and Glu270, the distances between these residues and the corresponding ligand groups, and the Zn-S gap between the zinc ion and the sulfur atom in the ligand's sulfamoyl group that simulates a distance between the zinc ion and the tetrahedral sp3-hybridized carbon atom of the converted peptide bond, vary depending on the nature of the side chain in the substrate's C-terminus. The increasing affinity of CPT with the transition state analogs in the order SGlu, SArg, SPhe, SLeu correlates well with a decreasing Zn-S gap in these complexes and the increasing efficiency of CPT-catalyzed hydrolysis of the corresponding tripeptide substrates (ZAAL > ZAAF > ZAAR > ZAAE). Thus, the side chain of the ligand that interacts with the primary specificity pocket of CPT, determines the geometry of the transition complex, the relative orientation of the bond to be cleaved by the catalytic groups of the active site and the catalytic properties of the enzyme. In the case of CPB, the relative orientation of the catalytic amino acid residues, as well as the distance between Glu270 and SArg/SPhe, is much less dependent on the nature of the corresponding side chain of the substrate. The influence of the nature of the substrate side chain on the structural organization of the transition state determines catalytic activity and broad substrate specificity of the carboxypeptidase T.

The paper provides a number of proposed draft operational guidelines for technology measurement and includes a number of tentative technology definitions to be used for statistical purposes, principles for identification and classification of potentially growing technology areas, suggestions on the survey strategies and indicators. These are the key components of an internationally harmonized framework for collecting and interpreting technology data that would need to be further developed through a broader consultation process. A summary of definitions of technology already available in OECD manuals and the stocktaking results are provided in the Annex section.
