Воспитание и образование наследника престола в проектах В.П. Титова 1856–1858 гг.
The article is devoted to Vladimir Titov’s pedagogical views. In 1856–1858 he was a tutor of Alexander II’s sons — Grand Dukes Nicholas, Alexander, Vladimir and Alexey. Titov intended to reform the Grand Dukes’ education, to remove its military element and to bind the heir’s training with a university education. Titov was dismissed in 1858, but many of his ideas were implemented by heir’s curator Sergey Stroganov, and subsequently these ideas were embodied in the training of the future Nicholas II.
