Vakhitova, senior lecturer, department of Civil and Company Law, Perm Branch of the Federal Research Institute of Higher School of Economics, Perm, considers contractual structures that intermediate the creation and administration of performance results, in particular, performances and theatrical productions. In view of the legislative modernization and considering the practical trends established the conclusion about the insufficiency of the contract system, which provide administration of performance results. Furthermore the author suggests contractual structures that differentiate results between certain categories of performers.
